One of my students is a really nice retired guy who's learning English "to keep his brain active and to be able to communicate when traveling" and the other day, he asked me where I had bought my wrist-warmers, because he always gets cold hands when typing or playing on his computer... so, since I had knitted mine, I offered to knit some wrist-warmers for him with yarn leftovers... I let him choose two colors from my stash and he asked me if I could knit some thumbs as well (mine had just a hole), because he has a bit of rheumatism in his thumbs... and voilà
Knitted in the round with 1/1 ribs

I'd gladly knit you some, too, but you'd need to measure your hand precisely... or maybe you know someone who knits around you?? the pattern is super easy!

If I were to measure my hand, how would I do it?

I'd need the drawing of a tube with
1. the circumference of you wrist
2. the length you'd like for the whole wristwarmer
3. the place on the length where you want the thumb to be (and if you want a little thumb or just a hole)
4. and the circumference of your thumb on the biggest knuckle.... and that's all!!
of course, it's better if you could tell me what colors you like and don't like, so I could find the right shades in my stash...
