FOR SCIENCE .(The first link is my video, which chronicles the silliness from start to finish from the ground floor; the second is a better edited video with a higher quality camera that recorded the final flight from the balcony. On a side note, there is nothing, NOTHING, more ludicrous than explaining to hotel security that there is a UFP--Unidentified Flying Pikachu--stuck on their roof. I will never forget that expression.)
After we recovered Pikachu from the roof, Professor Oak got more balloons and decided to throw him off the balcony again. The second attempt was a success.
