A simple before and after. The top ring I made a while back and always wanted to make it again. Recently, I had the opportunity when a customer commissioned me to make it again but in a different size. The bottom ring is the result. While the intrinsic rustic quality of the first ring still holds true, I feel little doubt that the overall craft and finish of the second ring is superior. Still, I certainly would not turn down either of these if presented to me as a gift
The metals are 14k white gold/palladium alloy and 18k yellow gold. The three stones are diamonds. The back ground was darkened with an acid treatment.
