Your antennae design is very unique, I like your irksona, it's a very interesting one!
I love your expression, so calm and serene and happy too. I love how the sketch book is positioned at an angle and not just straight on, it's more inviting to the onlooker to look at the sketch book. The little moose thingy on the sketchbook is also cute. Really excellent shading here and soft colors. Great work!

ROFL, it's an homage to an old web-comic that I just LOVE (although the person doesn't update much it seems) which USED to have a "Disturbed Seal-boy" and a "Raven-girl" as Hijinks characters! They were SO hilarious, and probably the very best-loved hijinks characters EVER, but the artist for some reason got tired of them and removed all evidence of their ever being there! 
There was one comic, I'll never forget:
Raven-girl(forgot name): Big brother,
Seal-boy, Perk: I told you, I'm not your brother!
Raven-girl: Where do babies come from?
Perk: Vending machines.
Raven-girl: I'm not THAT stupid.
Perk: Well, you see, when a lonely pirate on an arctic journey meets a seal...
Raven-girl: *O_O*
Perk: Well, YOU'RE the one that wanted to know!
