This is a free to use base by myself.It's a PSD file, and works with SAI.
RULES:
- You may use however you'd like, just link back to me.Β

HOW TO USE:
> Download the file there on the right
>load it into Photoshop / SAI / Gimp
> Use the color layer with [OPACITY LOCKED], it should come pre-locked so you don't have to worry about coloring outside the lines
