Past/Bio: Keegan is the child of 2 young teenaged parents and was given up to foster care when she was a baby. Although there had been a few houses that tried caring for her, Keegan never seemed to get one to stick for more than a couple years. In a foster home in Metropolis, she realized she preferred identifying as female (and later non-binary), started getting up with the wrong crowd and committing petty crimes such as pickpocketing and starting fights at school. One day, she pickpocketed someone who claimed to be an undercover cop when she was around 14. Being taken away, Keegan was actually taken to be experimented on after the other abductees (between season 2 and 3) which triggered her Meta-human abilities. During transportation, she got out and fled since her charts stated she only had healing abilities and not her secondary powers.

Sticking to her skills, she continued pickpocketing and ended up pickpocketing Silas who instead of being mad, treated her kindly. Surprised, Keegan spoke with him and he found out about the metahuman powers. Hopeful, Ghost offered her shelter and the option to be his partner. However, Keegan keeps wavering between wanting to be a hero and not. Silas still is open to hosting her still and provides her with the stuff to be in school online- knowing he can't push a path onto Keegan but can be there for whatever she needs.
