A beautiful drawing, seamless in every aspect of the character - perfect composition, perfect anatomy, perfect proportion: nearly a verbatim copy of the original photo!
I really like this piece because although the contrast within the character itself is a little bit low, it is made up for by a creative and dark frame which extends both into the background and the frame due to the way it is drawn(an ingenious idea!).
I particularly like the hair in this piece - it feels so soft and flowing and organic like some kind of extra growth out of her body, while still retaining its sleek and smooth beauty.
If we take a close look at the bra and panties of the character we notice that the artist has done almost stipple-like dots to represent the lacing and texture of the fabric. Apart from taking an Extremely long time to do and and even larger amount of patience - the effect it creates is absolutely phenomenal!
The only possible critique I could think of would be a bit of help with the frame - I have struggled personally with dark planar sections of pencil and know how difficult it can be to achieve this darkness without leaving marks of the direction you drew it in.. I suggest you try using sharp 6B (or similar darkness) pencils (and keep them sharp). The less surface area of the pencil (sharper) the less pressure you need to exert the same amount of force (i.e. to make it darker). That way you don't need to press as hard and create directional-indentations in the paper.

Amazing drawing.. I love the frame.
The lines of the body make her look a little flat to me. There is also a stray line by her left shoulder on the arm. Is that a hair?
The shading on the face and hair are much darker than the body. But it does help to take the eyes from wandering downward. XD
I wish I could see the actual drawing in person. Computers usually make them look different.

i feel like the line that accents the chin and jaw line is too dark and visually separates her head from the rest of the body disrupting the flow, that's all that bothers me, good tones and shading.

Whoa. This is such a beautiful piece - only thing is that the lines in the planar-black sections of the frame draw my attention away from the model a little..
