Oh, the mighty ents, or entlikes. The prorectors of the forests... May the God of the Underworld make a campfire out of them!
In our galaxy, ents are famous for two things.
First, they usually catch all the other inhabitants(and travellers) of the forest. The captives are then sold as slaves to the dwarves or to the elfes.
Second, they are excellent artillery observers, often serves aboard elf warships. They do not need radars, laser rangefinders, and targeting computers, still their target coordinates are always very accurate. Even, if the target is a maneuvering spaceship! They don't even need a radio, because they can communicate with each other by telepathy. Unfortunately, due to the peculiarities of the ent language, this communication is terribly slow. So, the target is often already in the other half of the star system.
Our entlike has three catching roots, (one of them holding an axe) and he also has a special "C-lance" weapon to capture his victims. The cigar in his mouth is filled with animal fur instead of tobacco.
