I think it is likely that the elven emperor already knows that his empire is already in danger. But the Elven Empire, as the state with the largest territory in the local galaxy group, has been constantly under threat from something for thousands of years. The emperor must be wondering what makes a little goddess, the last of the long-fallen Olympian bloodline, different.
Interestingly, some other Olympians are still alive. For example, the "grandmother" of Cat/Gatea. Maybe the emperor remembers Hera, the former queen of the gods. She served as a "living ship" in the pointy-eared ruler's fleet. Her ship may have been destroyed by a dreadnought in the Stormbird galaxy, but Hera survived. And she is currently serving on another dreadnought as a chief physician. Everyone on board knows that she is a kind of goddess, they just don't know her real name.
And the name of the ship is... Lost Lady.
