I spoke with Cristine about that months ago! It's the perfect place for Black Butler
When you get there head to the admissions office and ask for a parking pass, if you say you're just visiting the University they shouldn't make you pay. It's kind of all in how you say it. They have great stair wells, and furniture in the main lobby. Outside has great background of architecture as well.
