Hmm ok, I use Sumo Paint so I don't actually have many tools for mucking about with layers- and any kind of blur is not amoung them :\ Any suggestions for free or inexpensive art programmes that are good?

Gimp may have it, but I don't have much experience with anything other than photoshop, sorry! Still a lovely piece though
