Description
In Halloween Town before the good Doctor began to create his Bride (as seen at the end of the movie) Hally was created, but never finished. The good Doctor never finished her because of his 'spark of genius' for his lovely bride. Hally can see in shadows, but not defined and refined color and shapes. So she gets by enough without actually having eyes. She has one good arm, and has learned to cope with it. Hally is like a sister to Sally, she loves to baby sit Jack and Sally's children so the parents can have a night out.

Because of her unfinishedness the other monsters, ghouls, and witches frown upon her. Because of this she's become a sarcastic guarded 'person' around most people. She'll 'bite your head off' at the slightest insult. But if you can get past her prickly rough edges she's a loyal friend and will do anything to keep her friends safe
