After a few days experimenting in computers lab at school, bring the result home, and finish it this morning, well not bad I guess...

For the land, I use clouds, high contrast cloud, manipulating it with brush (white for land, black for sea), and use note paper with no relief and grain, after that, I delete the darker part, and colorize the lighter.
I also use outer glow for beach line, and another to lighten the sea (make the sea looks shallower around the land)

I use lens blur for the background, because someone said I need to make a tilt-shift effect, and maybe blur the background is the right way ?

Any critics or suggestion will be appreciated
