Very nice. I like the wider framing of the first one (since it shows more of the hands/feathers), but the angles of this better. If I were drawing it, I would want to draw it with a bit more "curve" to the pose, but then, the full-body swan-lake shot would probably be pretty straight-up.
The lost edges are nice, as is the soft back-light on her left arm.
I believe the portrait society has a place where they regularly show out there. You might enjoy studying how paint-pushers do similar techniques.
