Atlas. Carrying the world on his shoulders. That's what he reminds me of, whenever I think of that quote. Bellamy Blake, who's done so many wrong things, so many bad things. The blood on his hands will always haunt him. The faces of the people he'd killed. In his nightmares they'll speak to him, they cry out his name. He's done what he thought was the best for his people. But by doing so, he killed a part of himself. He knows he has to live with it now. But I hope he'll find the strength to forgive himself one day. He's so broken. And yet still so strong if needed. Always there for the ones he loves. I'm salty. This character, this man, never fails to bring me to the verge of tears. Bob Morley's portray of him touches my very soul. I'm shattered. He's brilliant. Nothing less. And that's why I had to draw another portrait of Bellamy. Season 3 broke me in a way. I hope, the new season can fix this somehow. Haha... Who am I kidding.......... Whatever.

I hope you like that piece. I think I'll take this one with me to Polaris-Con in June. As a gift for Bobby. And the other portrait I've created I want to have signed by him, if possible. Omg... I hope that it IS possible.
