really liking all the amazing pokemon art iv'e been seeing on DA lately and as i received some attention from my fellow deviants for my first attempt i thought id give it another go....... btw if you see this pic let me know what you think of it

Magmortar is one of my faves, but I have to say Magmortar, in the games, is ugly, but it's the good ugly. the kind that adds insult to injury onto the foe when he comes out..

It's weird how it has claws one one "hand" and not the other. Not trying to poke holes in this awesome piece- the official artwork seems to have the same mistake and corrects it in other illustrations...

yeah i was confused aswell till i looked at the anime and saw that magmorta's gun hand things have retractable claws that disappear when he closes his fingers into a gun barrel to shoot fire......so thats why i drew it like that

Thats fantastic! I recently started to delve into digital art/ pokemon realism and its harder than youd think! Id love to know how to get a more realistic finished product
