This is Lilac before she became a Smurf. She was created after her sister Smurfette, by Gargamel to lure the Smurfs into the trap. The probllem with Lilac is that she was friendly right from the start, which upseted Gargamel. The first Smurf she ever befriended was Brainy, who had been best friends with her ever sense.
