Unfortunatly, my contacts split that morning, so i had to wear my regular non-coloured ones all day *cry* so i did a teensy bit of editing to this, just to give a blue-ish cast.

wow! the wig looks really great! did you do the wig or did someone else? I have a friend that wants to sosplay Larxene and usually when i see people try to do her hair its all floppy an bleh....

Thank you! The original styling was done by and I've done all the subsequent stylings. I actually made a rig to hold the antennae up for a few days while the product dries.

the Axel ( ) for my group ( ) actually made them, by casting plastics. i honestly can't tell you how, it's a process she learned in art school. unfortunately, it would also prolly be nearly useless to ask her yourself, as she's currently working on a Master's degree at said college, and so very rarely makes it onto dA

actually, your best bet would prolly be something like making them out of pink foam (you won't need much, and it'll be easier than carving out wood), and then covering them in something i recently found called wonderflex... [link] here's the website i found for it, they also sell friendly plastic, which gives a nice hard covering. it would prolly end up more lightweight than wood, and hold up to wear much better.
