Es kommt auch darauf an, ob man einatmet und die Luft anhält, oder ausatmet und die Luft anhält. Hast du das gewusst?

Meine Mutter hat mir mal gesagt, dass sie in ihrer Jugend, als sie im Schützenverein war gelernt hat, dass man ausatmen soll und so die Luft anhalten soll. Ich finde es klappt. ^^
