I have spent sooooooo much time on this. I’m never ever gonna try something ambitious like this ever again without getting paid for it, EVER!I made this for a contest but it would apear that I have missed the dealine...
Charlotte La Bouff, I have been kind of mean to her. And I know we all want her to find a nice bloke. Sure she wanted a prince, but I didn’t feel like I had a better option than the swashbuckling Disney-version of John Smith. We could argue for Quasimodo, but he was saddled with a sequel girlfriend. Maybe Jim Hawking from treasure Planet, bit young I feel. A villain? A sidekick? Naah, I felt bad for John after the stupid stunt they pulled with Pocahontas 2, and I love Lottie so heck why not?
My boyfriend isn’t onboard with this shipping. He thinks Lottie wouldn’t go for a man who isn’t rich or a prince. But he is princely enough in my book.
And we all love Charlotte. Faaar too many of us can identify with her. Spoiled, a bit self-centred, big heart, sassy, big personality and all around loveable.

Ah. Yes well. I have no words for that. it's not good. Very bad. lets settle for "very bad". It was very bad.
I have a terrible memory in general. my BF calls me Goldfish as a endearment in reference to said terrible memory.
Also I talk to lots of people about similar things. (Disney, harry potter) which really doesn't help when it comes to sort out who said what when. SO to be completely frank and rude, I don' even try.
thirdly and lastly. It's been years, I read it and never heard your voice or saw your face, or anything else so my already really pathetic memory capacity only had one input to store.
At lest I remember the conversation if not with whom or when or where it took place

Yeah I figured, the conversation is memorable, but it doesn't make me memorable. I was mostly trying to joke around.

But you see, YOU would be inferentially more memorable. Your avatar pic and user name, no not memorable, but a face and a voice to the clearly memorable personality ( otherwise I wouldn't ave remember the conversation, had it not been memorable and interesting).
To remember a small written word in blue (that i never to once in a blue moon read), I won't remember that. An avatar pic I am used to people changing at the drop of a hat. I take little stock in.
I know you haven't as I recognise that pic being around fro a very long while, so I know you have been too (thank you btw)
But if we were to talk face to face as often as you comment on my art (i know you are a frequent commenter, thank you again, much love) I would remember so much more.

That might have been a throw away line you meant little by. But I am a person, sitting in a small room, lit by monitors and currently high on coffee from my relatively new coffee cup. I am drawing, reading and writing all of these things, and though I have a bad memory, I don't want you to think I don't notice. I love that you are still around and that you write as often as you do. I wouldn't be drawing as much as I do if it wasn't for my frequent commenters.

Ignore the sequels--they're not canonical.
I think you should re-do this for that very reason. Keep John Smith with Pocahontas and give Quasimodo to Charlotte!
