the Township I Live in Did there Spring Public Works Flushing of all Township Water to all the Homes and People...They Added Clourine when done ...like Swim Clubs add Clourine to water for bacteria can make people get very Sick....So Any Fish tank people Test your water for Clourine...all the other tests where 100 percent and you need to add a water Stability and Clourine additives..Spring is when they do this Water Treatment
