Verdad? En el fondo Cat no trata a Jon tan mal, dadas las circunstancias....teniendo en cuenta que supuestamente es un bastardo hijo de una mujer con la que su marido le fue infiel ( y casi recién casados!) el hecho de que lo trate con indiferencia es lo menos malo que puede hacerle, podría haberle dado por maltratarlo o mandarlo a que lo criasen los sirvientes o cualquier cosa! Y a pesar de eso mucha gente la odia, y dicen que actuó como una idiota por intentar recuperar a sus hijas...más idiotas fueron Ned y robb y nadie se mete tanto con ellos!  Cat demostró ser una consejera sabia, si esos dos le hubiesen hecho caso los Stark no estarían como están ahora xD

o de plano sacar al niño a la nieve que se muriera ahi o comido por lobos o darselo a Benjen desde bebé para que se quedará en la guardia realmente se porto bien con el, y jamas Jon ha mencionado que le impidieran jugar con sus hermanos o hermanas lo que demuestra que Cat permitia que se llevaran con su hermano.
Ned Ned...la nobleza lo perdió la honorabilidad...en el nido de esas serpientes de Kings Landing...no duraría mucho..la verdad como me dio pena eso...ahora me aferro a los personajes más nobles del mundo de GAme: Sam y DAvos...esos tambien que se cuiden.
Robb...como confiar en esos Boltons! espero ver su merecido prontoooo
Yo creo que Cat jamas ha sido tonta salvo en creer en Littlefinger...le hubiera salido mejor confiar en Tyrion, pero son sus hijas uno haría lo mismo por ellas
sii en serio pienso que ella esta muy subestimada

I really love Cat too, she was a great character!  I can't understand why she gets so much hate from a certain section of the fandom....Apparently her biggest sin is not liking Jon enough -.-
I don't care, I still like Cat and I'm rooting for Lady Stoneheart xD

 I must say that while I would have loved to see Lady Catelyn wear some show-stopping frocks I'm not sure all the travelling she was obliged to do (and campaigning with an army in the field to boot!) would have been very kind to them, so I'm willing to accept that it's probably for the best that her costumes emphasised practicality over opulence. 

 As you may have noticed I'm a bit of a 'Well on the one hand … but on the other!' sort of fellow.

 I couldn't agree more with you In fact, I really liked the costumes they choose for the whole traveling with Robb's army part....It's just that it would have been great to see some more elaborated dresses in the first episodes , when Robert arrives to Winterfell, because even if the northeners are well-known for their austerity i'm sure the lady of the castle would wear the best of her dresses to meet their king.
Anyway, I think that the great difference between northern and southern dresses has the purpose of emphasizing the difference between their lifestyles, so even if I would have loved to see something different  it makes sense, I guess

 I also suspect that it arises from budgetary concerns, since making up all those lovely frocks must be rather expensive and I don't think Season 2 had been confirmed at the time Season 1 was shot … or screened … so it seems likely they had to economise on some things to avoid conveying the impression that this production would make the HBO piggy bank squeal (a task made all the more difficult by all those wolves!).

 Still, it WOULD have been nice to see more graceful Northern gowns (or other costumery - one suspects that when it comes to sitting pretty in mink, martin and who-knows-what-else the North is light-years ahead of the South).

Yes, the same happened to me....I always imagined Cat younger, like in her thirties, and i'm not sure I like the way they aged her in the TV show ( i'm glad they raised up her children's ages though!)
