“Spade” is a character i designed a couple months ago, who made with a few certain things in mind– limited colors, old cartoon look, cute but possibly scary/creepy.
Even though i did achieve this pretty well the first time, i planned to make this my first fursuit design and wanted to simplify it even more. i wanted to keep the sharp fluffy around the face but wanted the markings to be more simple and easily so understand, and i wanted to keep the big ol eyes as well.

also a note specific for DA: im quite disappointed to have found out a couple months after my first version of Spade, some ppl had blocked me bc they had similar looking characters. this look-- and i imagine almost anyone who has a similar "white face black body" design-- was inspired by old cartoons, character like steamboat willy, bunnicula (should b obvious), etc. the look isnt anything *new* and its never my intention to straight up copy. i wouldve liked to have been informed i guess, instead of being block randomly and never finding out.
