I envy your ability to blend the dress in with the grass! It looks really good, and of course the overall effect is quite spectacular as well.
I haven't quite worked out how to do the dress/grass thing myself, if you could give me some tips on that score I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you! Well, to be honest, it defeated me for a long time, but I start with an eraser using an eyelash brush. Then I fade the base with a very light opacity eraser and then I darken to blend. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, I use paint.NET so I don't have an eyelash brush, but I believe I can incorporate the rest of your method, and hopefully get around the lack of the brush.

Oh - check out gimp.org - they offer a free photo editing software that you can download and you can add brushes for free as well from DA artists. It might work for your needs

I did try to download that software, but somehow it just doesn't seem to want to open for me.
Oh well, paint.NET is good for the interim anyway.

The contrast of the reds and green against the neutral background adds some nice drama to the piece!!

I really enjoyed the way colors played out on this as well, it seems to give it more of a punch... of course red is my favorite color!
