Description
Part 2I got a suggestion from my friend ~MightyMorphinPower4 to do drawings of the bad and evil villains from Care Bears
No Heart: An evil wizard that wants to make the world uncaring and destroy the Care Bears and all of Care-a-Lot with his evil spells, he can change forms into any animal and object. Voiced by Chris Wiggins.
Beastly: No Heart's Assistant is what looks like a pig with arms and legs, he flies around in a pedalbike helicopter and often fails in No Heart's plans. Though he fears Shreeky and her wraith, he misses her when she isn't around. Voiced by John Stocker.
Shreeky: No Heart's niece who wants to follow in his footsteps, she has a magical mirror that she can use to make everything miserable, and if that's not enough, she has a screech that can cause No Heart to change shape. She has purple and teal hair tied in a ponytail. Though she complains about Beastly quite often she likes having him around. Voiced by Terri Hawkes.
This is the second group of villains in Care Bears

No. Grey Desile voiced Vicky. Shreeky was voiced by Terri Hawkes and Tracey Moore aka the voices for Usagi/Serena, better known as Sailor Moon.

Trust me, as someone from the 80's, I know who voiced Shreeky, my favorite villain from Care Bears. She was voiced by Terri Hawkes and Tracey Moore. Grey Desile is known for voicing Mandy (Grim Adventures), Vicky (Fairly OddParents), Sam Manson (Danny Phantom), Kitty Katswell (Tuff Puppy), etc.
