To start Rumpmas 2022, let's think about a show that has been out for more than a decade. For Barney and Friends, they want to add a new character in 2005. The executives at Hit Entertainment said "Well, let's add a character that is likeable, but pointless." That is the final result of Riff. Surprisingly, I enjoyed Riff, but if they were going to do this approach, at least give him some episodes of his own. However, they used him for no reason whatsoever.
