What medium is this, please? The colour looks like ballpoint pen, but the texture seems different.. I like Kristen stewart very much, and this work is really oustanding and perfect! [link]

Thanks for the compliment! I drew it with a regular .7 mechanical pencil (shaded with a blending stump) and tinted it purple in photoshop.
