Heh, I did this over two days in social studies class way back in high school and it's still so 'FRIGGEN AWESOME!The character is named OAK. He was a tree with feet that ran around hacking up people with chainsaws, weed-whackers, or other gardening implements.
No real depth, just an excuse to draw lots of blood.
This was the first drawing where he was actually rooted like a tree.
The purple tint to the bark was actually an accident, I did the texture with a BIC pen, and when I sprayed fixative on it, it changed colors. I was pissed at first, but it's not so bad.
I have to color this sometime soon...it deserves it.

This is superb! I love the detail and the style of this piece. Plus, I think the moon in the sky adds such an eriee touch to the piece.
