I've kind of already explored her thought process in DMs but, Arvid in short doesnt have anything to say because she realistically knows Mist... doesnt understand the weight of his words. He's a child, grieving a tough situation and while Arvid knows she hasn't been all over Inky, she also lives with Vinci now... which is a situation she has little to no say in. Does it kinda sting to here? Absolutely, but she's being the bigger person and letting him vent at her.
