izumi has two moods: way too happy or staring blankly into space. his quirk is the fact that he's mostly made out of pure energy! but thanks to this fact he has to eat a lot to keep himself going since his body burns energy so quickly.
he can use his powers to move at insane speeds and shapeshift (altho he prefers to keep the changes to a minimum), he can also just flat out shock people but he usually only does that when someone startles him.
