It looks pretty, but it's not ergonomic or practical.
The grip and trigger assembly has the wrong proportions to be used effectively. The trigger would be pressed by the bottom part of the index finger instead of the middle part of the finger, which makes it an awkward and slower mechanism.
Having the firing chamber behind the grip increases muzzle climb due to recoil, so the barrel should probably be lengthened or made heavier to compensate. The point of bullpups is to have longer or heavier barrels in a smaller format.
If you choose a short barrel or wish to make the gun lighter, then a conventional chamber-in-front design will be better.

Oh, it's practical - for production, not use. It suggests a society which would issue this thing just for the point of giving someone a weapon, not caring if it will actually be useful to them. More likely designed to be crammed into a space rather than to suit an actual purpose.
