Despite this, he is very kind to Jack, and willing to assist him with his plans for the next Halloween.

Dr. Finklestein uses a clever way to tame that Skrill with his metal wrench, because Skrills are known to attract with metal objects. After the bond, Dr. Finklestein and Thundershock made really good team when doing experiments.
