surprise is a pegasus pony from the first generation (i think). she was basic for pinki pie.i think about surprise as a twin of pinkie. and when pinkie get sad her mane flattens and her colors get a bit more gray. i drew the sad state of surprise...i hope you like it

Pinkamena refers to the Surprisamena (as the Derpibooru tags call her) as "Eva", in response to being called "Diane". So, I changed her name from Surprise to Surprisabelle (like Isabelle), and gave her the middle name Evangelina (shortened to Eva), and Dreese was a name I chose because it ends in "-se", like the "nickname" Surprise.
(Also, my full names for Pinkie Pie's sisters Blinkie and Inkie, respectively, are Blinkabeth Miriam Pie and Inkabella Magdalen Pie. Their middle names are more highfalutin versions of their names in KTurtle's Granny Pie comic, Mary and Maggie, respectively, and Inkabella came from an old full name for Octavia (Inkabella Octavia Pie) from those who think she's a future Inkie.)
