Description
This is a 2 block linoprint. I was planning on making it some sort of Christmas thing but as it is almost March I clearly dropped the ball a bit there. But not entirely as I did manage to make it.

The paper size is 9"x12" and I have just listed it in my etsy shop. For $35 which is kind of a steal for a print this sweet

Basically I want to get better at multiblock relief. I eventually want to do some real Moku Hanga woodblock printing which is all multi block because the traditional Japanese inks are transparent like watercolors. But I am terrified of doing it wrong and I should probably just stop procrastinating and get some Japanese inks.... I mean worst case scenario I fuck up the Moku Hanga, I just clean the block and print western style.

The image was given to me by Ray Lampe and very sweet older gentleman who I met at an art opening. I haven't told him I made his picture into a print yet. I am just going to send him one in the mail as a surprise!
