This is Baaaad! I seen this effect on a sims advert, had a tutorial before that I can't find now. Looks great.

also here's how to do it:
1. Take a 360 panorama
2. Open it in photoshop and stretch it into a square
3. Flip it upside down.
4. Use the Polar coordinates filter.
6. ???
7. Profit
