Description
When: May 16, 2020
Where: Faunapark Flakkee Nieuwe-Tonge, The Netherlands
We love to see animals we love and know, look slightly different from normal. Pretty much all Turacos have a crest, and it's normally perfectly down, or perfectly up.
This one seems to have taken a bath of sorts, because that crests looks far less than perfect
Species: White-cheeked Turaco (Witwangtoerako)
Latin name: Tauraco Leucotis
Originates from northeastern Africa.
Current status: Least Concern
