Description A shot I took from a hill near my house. There's a definite border between the area where houses are established and these untouched hills, so it's the perfect place to get some nature shots without cars or houses being in the way.
I go to these hills fairly regularly, hoping to get photos of the sunrise. Unfortunately the sunrise on the day I took this wasn't very exciting, so instead I got some shots of the plant life.

Luckily no-one goes up on the hills (or at least from my experience), so nobody would have seen me rolling about and taking photos while lying on my belly.

Camera: Canon EOS1000D

This is a really great shot! The way the plants are in more focus than the sky gives it a really great blur to it!

Thankyou very much! The plants seemed to be a bit more exciting than the sky that day, haha. xD

Good morning sun! Speaking of Sun, I woke up at 7:00 a.m. I watched the sun climb in the sky. It reminds me of this. This is very pretty.

Sunrises are spectacular. Especially when you can see them fully, without it being blocked by houses and such.

Wonderful photo! I just got a really good camera, so I'll be starting some photography as well. Too bad I'm not usually up this early. XD

Ooooh, what sort of camera? :0

Sometimes it's worth it to get up early/stay up late for shots like this. I can tell you now that I froze to get this shot, haha. By the end my hands were purple. xP

It's an Olympus Camedia C-700 ultra zoom.
It's a great one! I'm about to upload a great pic of my cat drinking milk.

And IKR! I'll have to get up early one of these days and go into the back field. Or, I could just go for the sunset. I'm a night person ^ ^

Awesome! It's always great to get a good camera. I just really wanted a digital SLR so I could take photos manually. Like messing with shutter speed, aperture, ISO and all that. xD

I'm normally a night person, too. But I just love nature, so I can't help myself. I even surprise myself sometimes because normally I can't convince myself to leave my bed, haha. -lazy-

The zoom is a little tricky, you gotta get it just right. Also, my cat won't stay still... so, you have to get it just at the right point before she moves! I was lucky to get this shot!

Yeah! Night is my time. I wish I had more canines I could photograph. I could do some awesome stuff with some huskies. Luckily, I know some people with some awesome dogs. I need to go and take pics of em!

Wow, I love the filters you've added to it! Was the old photo texture added in? Or does the camera do that? :0

Yeah, I know that feeling. My malamute is currently staying with friends across the country. So I can't take any photos of her. My friends don't have cool dogs either, only little terrier things that don't make nice photo subjects. xD

I actually have a filter app on my tablet dock That's one of them. That filter is all one. However, I did add some noise to it.

I actually do have one friend who has some cool dogs. One of my closest friends has two gorgeous, black collies. They are simply beautiful. Their coats are a mixture of some browns and reds. Similar to [link]
They are dashing dogs! One of my friends also has an Australian shepherd mix. I've yet to know someone with a husky, however.

Oh, that's nifty! :D

Wow, i've never see coats like that! It's like, black liver or something. xD
Actually, my used to own an Aussie shepherd, but just recently she died from a snake bite. Luckily she still has her 2 border collies. One is black and white and the other is honey and white. c:
