a gift art for my friend ^GaioumonBatou who requested for the scenary of a plateau highland with wind passing through. the plateau is apparent but i guess you can 'see' the wind by the way the clouds stretches out in the sky.

the poem quoted is written by bai juyi of the tang dynasty. a poetic genius in that era, he is said to have written these famous verses at a tender age of 16.

i include only the third verse which reads roughly in english translation:

a verdant stretch reaches into the ancient highway,
as sunny greens link the aged city.

离离原上草，一岁一枯荣。
野火烧不尽，春风吹又生。
远芳侵古道，晴翠接荒城。
又送王孙去，萋萋满别情。
