Description

I'm happy to report that one of my old comics from 2016 has been sponsored for a remake! Thank you

Honestly, I'm super excited that this particular comic was chosen because back in 2016 when I made the original, I had really big dreams for it but the crowd reaction was very minimal. It's understandable as the comic was kind of all over the place. The original thought was to make it a continuous comic but no one really seemed to get into it. I'll admit that the idea wasn't fully fleshed out, though it would have likely been if there was more interest.

This remake will not be nearly as quickly made as Just a Simple Gift as I have another sponsored comic to work on as well (Just Another Day at the Office) but it will be coming and will be reworked to be more cohesive, more transformation, and just better!

I really like elements of the top though her face while less realistic has a style that works for me.  But goodness the whole thing looks less cartoony and that seems to be what you are after

The difference between Second Life and DAZ. It's crazy to see them beside each other.

Going to be blunt, if you hadn't put a date on the SL pic, I would've placed a date on it somewhere between 2006 and 2012. I took a break from SL between 2013 to 2017, but still kept up with its progress. Second Life had advanced lighting, mesh support, and materials from 2013 onwards. So mesh heads, mesh bodies, mesh clothes, specular highlighting and bump mapping. Latest developments are Animesh, and BakesOnMesh. Even before I took a break there were third party viewers with other things like DoF, FXAA, volumetric lighting, among other things--such as Black Dragon (formerly Niran's Viewer). Although, a fairly high end gaming PC is needed to run Black Dragon...and the UI can be frustrating at first.

So I guess for a true comparison, something like these are needed. Raw shots, no post processing.

  < - Taken on my sky platform/studio.

< - Linden Labs made new homes and houseboats on an entirely new continent for premium members. This is the porch of my houseboat.

 < - Malal's spring. It's a pretty region.

Either way, the remaster is amazing, and love your work. I'm just being a stereotypical pedantic Autistic (have Asperger's).

Yes I know that there were better options available back then as well, however, I was not aware of them until after I made Room for One More. Some of my SL pics right before I stopped using it took advantage of the lighting and such:

However, even with all that, I wanted to transition to something a bit more user friendly.

Looking very very nice definitely. Also (just out of curiosity) does she share the same hair as me?
