This is the corona of your splendid collection! This picture would easily become a daily deviation, if Aurora Borealis was incorporated in it. You take pictures of northern lights, don't you?

I would take pictures of the northern lights if I could ever see them! But thank you I live in a city so the lightpollution is bad. This photograph was taken in the country side and there is still a lot of light pollution, of course the light mist and the 10min exposure magnifies the light.

Wow wow. This is amazing. I've always tried these shots and I'm horrible at them. I love the light streaks from the stars. Gorgeous.

Thank you These kind of shots aren't so hard to do, you'll only need a shutter release cable. You even don't need a fast lens, because you will use small apertures anyway. The hardest thing is composition. For example this picture, a 10min exposure, was taken taken in so dark conditions that I was having a hard time to see anything through the viewfinder. I had a small flashlight and with it I tried to light up the trees and the ground, but the result is very hard to predict. And of course the cold and the darkness made me imagining things (for example wolves) in the treeline, which wasn't seeable at all. So the situation was pretty memorable

Oh yes. The mind tends to play tricks! Unfortunately I don't have very many good landscapes in this area. There's too many forests; no open areas like this. Thank you for the tips though, I'll keep it in mind for when I'll have the opportunity.
