Yea, they are one of the first metal bands that gained me the interest towards the whole metal genre. I think their last album was far more better than the couple before. Also it seems that they've improved their live appearance from what it used to be some years ago.

Yea,I find the kind of metal they play very interesting,they play a much more melodic death metal than other bands of this kind, and I like them.I understand that they made ​​you win all the interest for metal music.
For now, I have not listen to their album came out in 2011 yet, but having to listen to some of their other albums, I think they get better and improved their style from album to album.

I think their style varies from album to album, and the last ones ain't the same thing as the first ones. Of course, there are some familiar elements still. And I really recommend you to check the latest album!

When you say "the last ones ain't the same thing as the first ones", you mean they have changed style. I like change, but in the sense that they keep the same spirit that in their early stages.(I think the little thing that makes it says "it's Children of Bodom")

I say this thinking of the band Sonata Arctica, who with their album "Unia"(which is not too bad, but in my opinion has nothing to do with their excellent albums of their debut)which are still far from their original intent, and I think it's a shame.

I hope it will not be the case of Children of Bodom in this album,but as you recommend me, I would be happy to listen it when I have the opportunity.
