Description
It may be just after Christmas, but it's never too late for Santa (or some of 's overenthusiastic elves) to recruit some new little helpers for Christmas 2015! These were made primarily from hand-cut mat board, with just a little pencil and marker. And I whitened the eyes in Photoshop. And the background is entirely digital.I'll post photos of them in the gallery.

I'm a bit confused. Are these your characters that you yourself created? Are they part of a webcomic or something? There seems to be some well developed story behind them and I just can't find where they come from :/

One of the fringe benefits of working alone at a frame shop post-Christmas. It's relatively slow and I have a near-infinite supply of mat board. Well, maybe not near-infinite, but more than enough to make 4" cutouts.

Thanks! These were scanned, so I'm hoping the photos will show the textures a little more. Most of the hair and clothing was made with felt. The trade-off is that the photos won't be nearly as cleaned up as these are, so get ready to see some frayed edges in the other gallery!
