Description
When I made my recent return this past Easter Sunday, with an appropriate offering of entranced Heroines in Golden Bunny Uniforms, someone "expressed concern" that there was no Spectra.
So, in answer to that "concern", here she is, in an outfit I loosely based on one of Power Girl's 90s looks.
