Fluttershy seems to handle the sourness pretty well like nothing compared to everyone else.
The sourness may have somewhat affected Rainbow Dash, but she looks like she's enjoying those Warheads as well

I think i have a theory to this. Since the Pegasi have that rainbow-colored water mixture, which is both "hot and sour", maybe Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash have developed a immunity to the sourness of those warheads. And why Fluttershy is probably not being affected at all at it, well, ITS FLUTTERSHY!
