I went to see "Waiting for Godot" by Samuel Beckett! It had Ian McKellan as Estragon, Patrick Stewart as Vladimir, Simon Callow as Pozzo and Ronald Pickup as Lucky! It was the BEST theatrical performance I've seen! I did two sketches first (in my Gallery) and then the various stages of this painting to show the development. It's acrylic on Daler board and is 24 x 20 inches. Cheers! I hope to finish it today!

I saw " Waiting for Godot" by Samuel Beckett with Sir Ian Mc Kellen as Estragon, Patrick Stweart as Vladimir, Simon Callow as Pozzo and Ronald Pickup as Lucky! It was the BEST theatrical performance I have ever seen! I did two sketches (up in my Gallery on DA) and then this acrylic piece, which I showed the different stages. It's 20" x 30"! I hope to finish it today! Cheers!

Oh! I see. Ian Mckellan and Patrick Stewart
are two of my favorite actors!
I used to have a crush on Stewart when he was
Captain Picard on Star Trek...
I still do. And I'm not a afraid to admit it!!!!

The performances were BRILLIANT! I've put two pencil prtraits of them up in my Gallery. I'm going to do two acrylic paintings od them in the same pose! Cheers!
