Alright, here's another entry from me for my very own Female OC Sexy Summertime Swimsuit Bikini Jammy Jam (yes, that's the whole name of it). This time, however, the character is not one of my own...it's my buddy 's main gal, the badass vigilante gunslinger babe with an axe to grind and many bullets to shoot...the sexy yet dangerous Francine Castella, better known as La Femme Punisher! This is kinda a part of an unofficial art trade, as I had planned on doing this pic of LFP before did this super sexy 3D render of my gal Angie Santana [link] I saw this pose and just had to do it, and I knew that LFP would be a good model for it!Even hardened vigilante babes need a little R and R from time to time, and LFP hits the beach for a much needed vacation from killing, bullets, and bloodshed. However, she's ever vigilant on protecting the innocent, and while relaxing on the beach and taking a dip in the water she saw some teenagers picking on a younger kid who was just minding his own business building a sand castle. One of the bully teens stepped on the kid's castle and ruined it, and that's when LFP got mad! Never without a gun of some sort handy, she pulled out her modified Drenchanator 5000 water cannon with pump action...which feels more like a pressure washer hose than a water gun...and proceeded to "rain" (
) down her own form of "soaking wet punishment" and ran the bullies off. She then comforted the kid whose sand castle was destroyed, and then helped him build another one. She then gave the kid a dollar to buy an ice cream cone, as she returned to her relaxation. This is a warning to anyone that is thinking about causing any trouble on the beach...if you're thinking about picking on anyone or even so much as drop a piece of litter with no intentions of picking it up, you'll have La Femme Punisher there to deal with, and trust me...you don't want that! 
I like how the lines came out for the most part! Her nose is a little weird to me and something's off about her lips, but other than that I'm happy with everything. I've got the colors coming very soon, and hopefully it will be even more hawt once it's colored!

I Like the overall piece, if you hadn't mentioned her nose & lips-I wouldn't have noticed. Actually they look fine to me. Love the shading!!

Thanks M'Chel! I'm in the middle of coloring this piece, and I've tweaked her nose and lowered her lips just a tad...it looks better to me already!

I actually went on journey all about ATL today...one of my childhood friends just got a house in Decatur and had a homewarming cookout that I went to all the way on the East side, then my fam came in town and one of my cousins that's been living here took all of us to several places from downtown, to Atlantic Station, to Buckhead (I've been there a few times, but it's always impressive when I go) so I'm really starting to see more of the city. I still need to venture a little bit around the Southside...not too much though!

Decatur, eh? Boooo! Nah, just kidding. I don't get the imaginary beef between Southside and Eastside! I'm glad you got a nice tour of the town, though! I don't often venture to Buckhead, but I used to mall-rat at Lenox before... well, before *ahem* I just outgrew my mall-rat phase, (yeah, that's it, lol).
The Southside really isn't all that bad, there are just certainly spots you don't want to go to alone. College Park and Union City have been pretty cool, and certain parts of Riverdale seem to be okay. The West End... is okay for shopping for clothing (especially if you don't give a crap about brand names like me). There are quite a few Historical treasures here, like the Wren's Nest and the home of Joel Chandler Harris (the guy who wrote the Uncle Remus stories) but I think the house is under renovation again. I can say that it's not nearly as bad as it used to be in the 90s, though. If you ever plan to be near, gimme a holler, I'll give the heads up on where to avoid

Yeah...there wasn't much too Decatur when I went. 
I guess I've just not really had any reason to come down to the Southside...only reason why I went to the "Dec" was to see my homie! Normally, I just stick close around here in Marietta...however, I do need to start exploring a little bit more just to at least know where everything is. It's been a while, but I also really like Little Five Points!
I need to go looking for Tyler Perry's studio and see what's good on a job! (I'm not a Tyler Perry/Madea fan, but I'm hungry and looking to get back into the acting game!) I hear that it's closer to your neck o' the woods. And I would also like to catch a Braves game...although that's not that far into the Southside!

I know exactly where Tyler Perry's studio is located, lol! It's right there at Greenbriar Mall, near Magic Johnson Theaters. Your best bet on that (because the security is tighter than an extra-small thong on an 800lb man) is to either email your resume, preferably to a lady named Alpha Tyler who is one of his main casting directors. I've been trying to get on there myself, with no success yet, but I rarely give up... I might stand back and plot for a while, but I eventually come back like a hungry stray.
I haven't been to a Brave's game since I was in high school!! LOL make sure you don't get one of those dreaded nosebleed seats! The stadium isn't too far away from me, either. The good thing about where I stay is that it's pretty much a stone's throw away from downtown

Dammit...I didn't know that it was that close to Greenbriar! My dad wanted to go their this past weekend (he calls it "the black people mall" 
Although, I was in Best Buy today and saw the stand up display for Madea Goes to Jail and looked at his supporting cast...he tends to use these "beautiful people" (especially males, no homo) in his plays/movies/shows...Derek Luke, Allen Payne, the guy from Daddy's Little Girls, etc. and I must say, the voice of doubt is shouting loud in that they wouldn't take some skinny dude like me, unless I were to be some joke character or something.
And wow...you haven't been to Lil' 5 or a Braves game in a mintue? 
And Little 5 is too dope...it's an artists' playground! My personal favorite store is Criminal Records...Comic Books and CD's in one store?!!?

I feel you on Tyler Perry's obsession with 'the beautiful people'... Guess once Oprah gets a hold of you, that's the effect she has, lol. *ducks and hides from Oprah's space satellite* But don't sell yourself short at all-- there are a few movie companies starting up in Atlanta and they're looking for fresh talent. I wish I could find a directory of them, but I do know a guy who does a lot of local acting. I'll ask him for some information if he doesn't have his head up his keister next time I speak with him.
If you're really interested, though, I'm sure you know to make an acting resume if you don't already have one and hit up the audition scene; sometimes Creative Loafing has some legitimate casting call listings. Also, I'm occasionally sent emails for castings and I'll shoot them to you as they come to me in the future

Yeah...not to mention that you know it's been said that Ty has a thing for men, so why not surround himself with "beautiful mens".
I really do need to do more and get off of my duff and seek out some of these other companies and talent agencies here around town. If nothing else, I hope that my part in my buddy's movie that I'm in will raise a few eyebrows and open a few doors for me! (The trailer to the movie is out, however, none of my scenes are in it! 
I do need to re-up my acting resume and get me some updated headshots...I used to collect Creative Loafing on a weekly basis, but I've stopped for some reason. And any other connects or info you've got is GREATLY appreciated! You're right, I just need to keep a positive mindset/attitude and know that anything is possible!
Marlon is doing his thing right now! He's finally standing on his own two without Sean being attached at his hip or Keenan and Damon somewhere around (*picks up milk carton and looks at the "Missing" pic of Kim Wayans*)...now he's in the GI Joe flick!

I see that your backgrounds are imperoving. One thing that I have yet to master is the fine art of pencil shading! Tremendous job Marc!I can tell that you worked hard on this!

Thanks Johnny...even cooler is that just came up with that backdrop on it's own. The ref. pic had a very blurry backdrop of a yacht and some other stuff that I couldn't draw, so I was just gonna put the never ending sea behind her. I thought that was a little plain, so that's when I added the rock formation!
As for the pencil shading, that's where I got the best comprehension of the whole game of shading and highlighting and it started in that pic of Anoka that I did for you. Once you get the shading down on your pencils, it then serves as a guideline for when you go to digi-color the piece. I don't know what kind of pencil you use, but I would recommend that you go and try to procure several different sizes of leaded pencils. If you're like me and use mechanical pencils, I recommend a .03 mm (for really fine, precise light lines), .05 mm (that's the standard mech. pencil size), and a .09 mm (for dark and bold lines).

nice nice... is angry jealous about the shading.. you kicked arse in this one Marc. on the nose.... don't totally deconstruct it. from what i see you only have to bring the shading where the light hits the dark down a lil more, then flatten out the nostrils a bit.. with her faceing forward like that the nostrils wouldn't be flared but slightly horizontal. awesome pic... im favin and coloring the inks man... maybe even this one.

Thanks homie! Yeah, I think the thing with the nose is that the nostrils look a little big and also her lips are a little too close to the bottom of her nose. I'm in the process of coloring this piece, and I've gone back and lowered her lips a tad and narrowed up her nostrils.
I would have been done coloring this by now, but I had to work ALL DAY on Friday, and my fam is in town so I spent all day today with them and will be with them again tomorrow.

I guess there's no rest for the weary, as the innocent is always gonna need a protector! I'm glad you like it so far Dwight...I was doing my best to keep her body toned way down from what I normally do with my girls, yet still keep her super sexy...as I can tell that she has a bangin' body, but we don't ever really get to see it! When I saw the ref. pic in my magazine, I was like "Damn, that would make for a great LFP pic!" There was another one of the same girl, but it was a semi-back shot and she was pulling her bikini bottoms down, and as hot as it was I didn't think that it was fitting for Francine...it was too sexy, and she's not a sexpot type of character!
However, being that we've only seen her in a few images where she's blatantly showing off the sexy I wanted to push the envelope a little bit with LFP's sex appeal without going overboard with it! This pose was a perfect mix of "I'm scorching hawt, but I'm still a badass!" I hope it's not too much!
And yes, I love the wet hair look!
I'll probably start inking/coloring this after work later today, so hopefully she'll be done either later tonight, or early tomorrow.

You know, this sounds like something Det. Angie would do also, since she's the only hero character in the LFP universe. I think you found the perfect balance with sex appeal with LFP here.

I was wondering just how compassionate would LFP be in a situation like that...granted it was just some bullies messing with a kid, but would she actually sit there and help the kid rebuild his castle and then give him a dollar for some ice cream? 
And I'm glad that I was able to hit that mark of making Francine sexy, yet still lethal!
