I could never understand why nintendo didn't make a raichu coloured pichu to go with PCP, but i dont mind coz it meant that i could invent it. i like raichu too

anyways i decided to use a new style because i was sick of the terrible old one. i used soft colouring and vibrant colours to try and make it look nice and i think i did okay =]
also, as you may have noticed, this is my first fan art to have a grassy background that actually has a blade of grass and different shades of green on it

That's because it isn't a Pikachu coloured Pichu, it's just a normal shiny Pichu with a special script on it that gives you a Notch eared Pichu. They had to do it this way because it would otherwise not be possible to trade Pichu which would mean you could not ever get the Notch/Spiky eared Pichu at all. So that would be why.
Anyway, I WISH Shiny Pichu looked like this, it's ashame it's shiny is just Pikachu coloured. I like it way better this way and it's so cute. Nice picture~

That's a really cute picture. ^~^ I agree with your comment about the Raichu colored Pichu over a Pikachu colored one but you know what that Pichu when it gets to a copy of HeartGold or SoulSilver with lure out a spiky eared Pichu. ^~^
