I figured someone who worked for the GM Design Studio must've been watching UFO when he came up with the idea...a stramlined, aerodynamic sports car with gullwing doors and a rear-mounted engine. Hmmm...Now that I think about it, it does look a lot like Ed Straker's car from that show. I also wonder if the GM people ever showed it to Gerry Anderson...I'll bet he would've liked it.
