From the Pawaii tour guide on the table it would appear they are off for some sun and fun and they are traveling at a service level beyond normal first class. Almost looks like a private jet with that table and space.
Don't recognize the dragon horned thing beside Nick. It might be a plush toy or possibly their host.

Nick was able to obtain these Flight tickets because he knows everybody... And he had some money left over since his hustling days.
Since your the first person to mention it, im going to be hiding that plush toy in all of my draws somewhere. Since this is the first one I made it easy to find, although the next ones will be harder to locate.Β
