Take control manually over the dll files in system 32 and syswow64?

Add take ownership
Go to system32 and syswow64 and rightclick on and take ownership off:
imageres.dll
imagesp1.dll
shell32.dll
zipfldr.dll
After that do the install
That should work...

Dude I need help please! I can't use this or other theme, because it say that Install was sucesfull, but the icons doesn't change.. I use win7 x64, I turned of UAC and I run as administrator.. Could it be problem, that I don't use the basic win7 theme?
